The card above is not a schedule, but rather, a Bible reading chart; it breaks the Bible down into 90 readings so you can go through it at your own pace. One reading a day (which is a lot!) will get you through the Bible in 3 months, while one a week will do it in about two years.

The full instructions are on the back of the card, which is provided below, or you can also go to 90Readings.org.

NOTE: These are photo images, so you can just tap or right-click on them to download them to your phone, tablet, or computer to keep them at your fingertips. The website above also has the chart as a PDF file, if you want to print out a copy.

It is such a healthy habit for our spiritual life to read through the Bible every year! In His great high-priestly prayer, Jesus makes it clear that to be those who, practically speaking, are kept from the Evil One and are not of the world, we must be sanctified in the truth of the word of God, which we know today as the Bible (John 17:15-17). This card is one method that might help you to be in the word in a consistent way.

But, however you decide to read through the Bible, the key thing is: get started! And there’s no better time to do that than as the new year is just beginning.
